I loved this hotel. From check in to check out service was excellent, especially Maria at front desk. She was so helpful and always kind. Highly recommend this property. It was super clean, affordable, and they had so much staff on hand to keep up with the cleaning/maintenance. The cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Don’t get me wrong, it’s the typical breakfast fare but it seemed to be higher quaility and better prepared. The breakfast area was also very well staffed which made the whole tasking of getting your food very manageable! Special thanks to Baraa for making our stay magical!

Staff were fantastic, going above and beyond. Nice breakfast. Everything else was good except for the advertised "shuttle service" to Disney parks. There's a single shuttle in the forenoon and one in the afternoon/evening, at sort of random times, not even conveniently timed for park opening/closing. Useless for us (and I imagine for many guests).
