Only a one night stay but suited our needs. Receptionist (didn’t get name) was brilliant on arrival and departure. Very welcoming, helpful and chatty. Room was good with all we needed. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The pillows were like bags of mini potatoes. Premier Inn for me next time. Good job it was a super cheap deal.

The overall stay is good. I was in need of the charge point and the front office does not have a spare one. The chair in the room is not comfortable to sit and work. Breakfast is okey. The orange juice was so sweet seems like sugar mixed a lot. Not taste as orange juice. The coffees can be better. The menu in the dinner was good. It is better to have a small fridge in the room.

All staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. However the hotel and facilities are very tired and run down. Corridors outside of the lifts had no lighting. The pool and and changing facilities are very old and outdated. Doors to the rooms are old, don’t fit to the floor which can’t be compliant with fire regulations, and let light and sound in and out. The breakfast was good and the restaurant area was lovely.
