This is an absolute amazing place to stay from the moment you walk in the door. It’s beautiful, very clean, everything in the room was operational, staff was over the top friendly which our made our stay wonderful. We will definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

We’ve spent numerous trips at this location, however this will be our last. Every time we visit, something goes wrong. For $200 per night, I don’t expect bedsheets to be thrust into my arms and told to make up the sofa bed myself!

The good, the mediocre, and no ugly.

I have enjoyed staying there the last 5 times that I have stayed. The staff is great. The breakfast, as well as their happy hour are both great. My room wasn’t serviced until 4:00 one day, and wasn’t serviced at all the next day. If you want to tip, either bring change, or put it on your card, or room. Be aware that you have to make additional fee for parking on property.

Horrible parking policy.

I was extremely displeased with the parking policy. After checking in, going to our room, I was informed that I needed to scan a code into my phone so my car wouldn’t be towed away. To fill out the form, I had to return to the parking lot to retrieve my tag number, fill out more information only to find that there is a $25 parking fee. My advice… raise the price of the room and have ‘free’ parking. What a pain in the butt…

Family stay with dogs

We were in town to go to Busch Gardens and the hotel was only a 5 min drive there which was really nice after a long day at the park. Hotel was nice, all the staff were so polite and helpful, and breakfast had a lot of options. The room was big enough for 4 adults, a child and 2 dogs! I would say the only complaints I had was that 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working for a full day and we were on the top 8th floor and had to wait a long time to go up or down. So walking our 2 dogs became a long task. Other than that it was a great time.

This hotel was very close to fantastic restaurants, shopping malls, and Bush Gardens. The breakfast was delicious my only wish is if they had a non-pork option for meat with the omelette. Overall we would come again
