I recently completed a 21-day stay at Sunrise Alex Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and and the stunning views from my balcony were a delightful bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was eager to assist and always greeted me with a smile. Hotel was very nice, our room was beautiful. All staff were awesome other than the staff at Nasaya weren’t overly friendly or helpful. I would recommend staying at this Hotel during a stay in Alexandria. The view of the Mediterranean was incredible from our junior suite. Breakfast was very good also and had plenty of options. Sunrise is a good chain to trust here in Egypt.

From start to finish our stay at the hotel was excellent. All staff were very professional and polite at all times. Nothing was to much trouble. Any little requests were dealt with promptly. The food was excellent. Breakfast had an excellent selection. We had food at both the restaurants in the evening and must say the pasta dishes were fabulous. Many thanks to all who made our stay very enjoyable.
