This team does it right

The hotel had been quite oversold, but they held our reservation and made the check in quick and easy, even at 3:30 AM. Rooms have lots of charging outlets, which is much appreciated. The free breakfast was well above average, with an attentive staff, clean and constantly refreshed supplies, and management on hand ensuring everyone was happy with all aspects of the hotel

Fantastic hotel with an amazing staff. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and sauna. The kickbacks in the evening are a welcomed reward for choosing to stay with them. The food, both for dinner and breakfast, was good. Overall a very pleasant stay

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, evening reception and drinks were all great. The only thing that was a negative was the loudness of the elevator. We were on the second floor, closest room to the elevator. Seems to need maintenance to minimize the loudness and grinding noise. Other than that, everything was great.
