Basswood is a very family friendly resort with so many activities. The staff is attentive and friendly. The general store is perfect for those needing supplies. Their pizza shop makes delicious food. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked for next year and are going to stay longer!

The cabin had damaged flooring and the floor, especially in the bathroom, was dirty. Otherwise, cleanliness was good. The shower in the cabin is tiny so easier to use the showers in the bathhouse, which is a nice bathhouse. No yard or view with the cabin which was disappointing. Cabins and RV lots are very close together so little privacy as it's densely packed. The resort did seem like a good place for families with children. Service was very friendly. Location was good for our needs.

We are so excited for the summer season!! We love coming to basswoods! We came thursday and left today sadly! We had so much fun we love swimming, riding the golf carts, and love coming to the activities!!
