I needed a quiet place to get away for the night. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Despite having to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before being checked in, the attendant was delightful. She got me the quietest room they had (338).
The room was clean but needed some patching/painting in the bathroom and under the windowsill. The bed was comfortable. The reading chair was comfy. The lights all worked. The outlets in the kitchenette didn't, however. I had to move my coffee maker to the table by the bed. There were no desktop plugs, so I used the ones on the wall. Gratefully, my charger reached the bed.
I didn't hear a peep from anyone except when I walked down the hall to the elevator.
Most people likely make their own breakfasts, but I didn't. I expected more than a "coffee bar" with stale muffins. There was one kind of coffee, tea packets, and hot water for the plain oatmeal available as well. I could not call it a "free breakfast."
There is no ice machine because "there are trays in the freezer." Be aware that you have to "order" any other kitchen supplies if you need them. The attendant was quick to deliver my coffee maker (and sugar, since there wasn’t any left at the “coffee bar” when I went down).
As a single woman, I felt safe in the building.
