Great hotel, perfect location, beds extremely comfortable. Yes there is no other furniture in the room, yes there are no windows and yes there is only a bit of glass between you and the bathroom, but what more do you need than a comfortable bed and a hot strong shower.

Great spot for spending the night. Feels safe and family friendly. Close to theaters, restaurants and shopping. Single train from Heathrow airport. I did not give 5 stars for service because Zedwell never replied to messages (phone, and hotel.com) with regard to my late arrival.

Overall a great place to stay as a solo traveller. It had everything I needed. My only complaint was that there was no door for the shower so water tended to splash out of the shower area and into the rest of the bathroom.

Easy to find with friendly staff

The hotel was easy to find - right by picadilly tube . The staff were friendly and helpful ,the rooms were functional,clean and spacious ,despite not having any windows it didn't bother me.For the price I paid it was extremely good value for money.

With no windows and no air conditioning it was very hot and stuffy, beds were tiny and not comfortable, no glasses only paper cups which you had to ask for in the cafe, no ice either. But staff could not be more lovely and helpful, the location was perfect and the price reflex the basic room.

Cozy, quiet, fab location

Great spot for a solo trip to London. Super cozy - the whole vibe of the hotel is to promote sleep, so the rooms are minimal and focus on your comfort and the lighting. For being in the middle of Piccadilly Circus, it was incredibly quiet. As a mom of two young kids, it was a much-needed city break in a cozy bed with uninterrupted sleep! Staying in a central location was great - close to the tube and a lovely walk toward any part of the city!

What an amazing hotel in the heart of theatre land. If you want spend time in your room then this is not the hotel for you. The rooms are clean, quiet and a place to lay your head. We personally found the bed too low but that’s an age thing. Would stay there again.
