We were told there was a room available for 3 people. They allowed us to book the room knowing it was a room with only 1 kind bed, no couch, murphy, or roll away bed. We left with no place to go, because the property was disgusting.

Disgusting

Waited 30 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to book us in! Then, we were booked into two separate rooms that didn’t have curtains/blinds/shades. The final room had stained sheets so we used our own. The pool had floating band-aids and the hot tub was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel.

One of the noisiest rooms I’ve stayed in. The windows are so thin the noise from the highway is quite loud (at all hours). Don’t stay in a room with an odd number, those face the highway.

The room was dirty and smelled terrible, the indoor pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was disgusting, the dry wall was peeling in the room. The only good thing I can say about my stay is that the air worked amazingly.

A disappointing stay.

Unfortunately the stay was disappointing. The sink in our room was plugged, the carpet was dirty , the jets did not work in the hot tub and the pool was so warm that it steamed up the pool area and you couldn’t see over ten feet away. In addition, breakfast was minimal.

Keep your expectations very low

The price was great, the accommodations were not. When my family walked into the room, it was evident the floor had not been cleaned in some time. There were stains on the floor that appeared to be dried dirt. When I went to place refrigerated items in the room refrigerator, a soda can had exploded inside and was never cleaned. There was a significant leak from the shower glass door. I snapped a photo after the first shower; however, after all of my family members were done it looked like the bathroom flooded.

Questioning if they had any help

The front desk staff was excellent. The room smelled too strong from disinfectant. The room was not stocked . The coffee did not work in the coffee pot. The sugar and ect had been opened. We have a small dog and we love the idea that they accept pets.
