Outdated, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean but bed was uncomfortable and everything was very outdated. It was fine for a cheaper hotel stay but you get what you pay for so you can tell it’s cheap.

Upon arrival, front desk staff was sitting outside and nobody was manning the front desk. Employee who hadn't clocked in yet took care of the check in process. Had to change our own sheets because the ones on the bed were dirty and was informed that there was no 24 hours maid service. Front desk did deliver new sheets without an issue.

This hotel is in serious need of some remodeling. Everything looks old and outdated. The pillows were flat, bed appears worn down. The outside needs help as well...the overgrown weeds and grass in front entrance don't give off a good vibe. Breakfast needs more variety.

Booked last minute-more expensive than other hotels I considered but figured they had a room and it should be a nicer stay. Hotel was in poor condition-poorly patched holes in the call, carpet worn out, doors worn out vanity light did not work. For half the price it would have been ok.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were the flattest I’ve ever seen. Our door knob lock also stopped working so we propped the ironing board against the door. Everything else was fine but the beds would make me not come again.

Hygienically unclean rooms - do not risk it.

I could tell the moment I entered the room that it had not been clean, not just since the last guest, but probably in a while. Upon entering the room, the air conditioner was off (in the middle of summer), making everything in the room feel damp and smell heavily of smoke. The damp feeling and the smell from the hotel stayed on my clothes, and I had to purchase other items for the rest of the trip. There was mold/mildew growing on the air conditioning unit, and in the bathroom wall and around the toilet. There were visible sticky and greasy substances on the TV stand, night stand, and headboard. There was splatters on the wall by the trash can. Before taking a shower, I had to clean out the tub due to the hair left behind (which was also on the bathroom floor). When I went to turn off the light next to the bed, I noticed the partial condom wrapper sitting on the night stand. In addition to the general hygienic and cleanliness concerns, there were repairs that have not been attended to (the light in the bathroom is just an exposed bulb, the counter under the sink was hanging there, and outlet covers missing). I was booked for two nights, and only ended up staying one - and I only stayed the one night because there was literally no other room available in town. Hotels.com were great and were able to get a refund for us for that second night.
