Arrived,couldnt find checkin,lobby was dark with no sign.people were lurking everywhere around parking lot and entrance.clerk finally arrived and barely spoke .would not evev entertain refund and told me to notify booking company,which i did and here we are

One key didn’t work, there were holes in the comforter, a drink frozen into the freezer compartment of the fridge and there was no breakfast as advertised when I booked. The front desk was manned by someone off site using a ring doorbell.

If you are handicapped don't stay.... We got stuck on 3rd floor, because the buttons on the elevator didn't work. Had to get someone to walk down the steps and ride elevator up in order for us to leave.

This was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever seen, stained sheets with hairs on them, no carpet, stains on all of the walls,I left and ate the charge for the room it was so bad, I simply couldn’t stay there

I show up. They didnt have the smoking room i requested 4 months earlier. They told me i could stand outside to smoke. So i refused to stay there. I next door to a nicer hotel and received a smoking room and a cheaper price. Thanks Econo lodge for the room.

The room was old looking with multiple chunks of wall missing Room 224 had a drawer front missing. The towels were thin and sandpapery and looked like they had been used in an auto garage. They had stains and were very thin. The coffee maker in my room was never serviced. The desk chair had a hole in it. The shower wall moved when operation the spigot. One tile was completely detached from the shower wall, And there were roaches in the sink. The lamps were old and stained. A D rating
