Clean big room, only issue was the A/C, not cooling right, even at 60F on high, but it was not to warm out side, so I dealt with it, ver courteous staff, left my Tablet behind on check out, I called to let them know and drove back to pick it up, break gast was good, nice sekection a plus.

Great location, comfortable bed. Continental breakfast was very simple. No eggs or meats. Dated building and rooms in need of TLC. This would have been a super nice place 20+ years ago or more. Price was right, but the whole experience was nothing to write home about.

The front desk people very nice. But the actual room was hot air conditioning not cooling only the fan. The bathrooms needed a little more care and cleaning the facility is old and the furniture had holes where the secure box seemed to be. We were only one night passing by. We reported to the front desk as we checked out. The location is great. They had coffe the entire day and night as well as water. I believe the place can improved more.

We weren’t greeted with a hello, the woman just stared.. but the young Hispanic man stepped in to answer my question, he was polite. The room was clean, we didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast since it finished at 9a, but when I wanted to before I checked out around 640a there weren’t ready with breakfast yet. The property was next to the interstate. At 3:00 PM when I checked in there was not a bar of soap in the room. The front desk gentleman said they were out and a truck would deliver the soap "sometime tonight." At 4:00 AM the noise from the garbage truck was really loud. At 7:00 AM the female desk clerk said she knew nothing about the soap delivery and there was no soap to be had. The lobby chairs were old and dirty. The chairs in the breakfast area were all dirty with old food objects that had never been wiped off and cleaned up. Nasty! At least the coffee was good.

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was not clean — it smelled strongly of feet, and there was pet hair on the bed, which made it feel pretty uncomfortable. To their credit, management handled the situation quickly and professionally. They moved us to another room and made sure we were taken care of, which I really appreciated. The second room was much better and clean. The complimentary breakfast was okay — not a huge selection, but enough to get the day started. The area around the hotel felt safe and was close to restaurants and major attractions, which was a plus. Overall, it wasn’t a perfect stay, but the customer service helped turn things around. With some improvements in room cleanliness, this could be a solid budget option in Orlando.

The location is good, towels are old, the hotel hallways are dirty, breakfast is only bread, there is no coffee, milk or juices, when I asked for milk for some cereal, the guy said he was the owner and that he was not going to put anything, that it did not matter to him, and he became aggressive and began to remove the bread that was there from the previous day, very bad service, they offer complementary breakfast from 6-9 am and they do not comply, very bad behavior from that manager or owner, he does not care about the customers, they lack education and professionalism in customer service. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was an okay experience. The hotel could use some updates all around (for example the door latch plate from our room was slightly off and to close the door it had a trick). Also the elevator wasn't working, which was a downside for me, since I am currently using a cane to move around due to foot surgery and going up and down the stairs to the third floor each time was exhausting and an inconvenience. However, the front desk employees were really nice and apologetic over this and helped us throughout our stay as best as they could. We didn't make a fuss because overall the room was nice, was accesible for my mobility issues, and quiet, and the employees were friendly. Also, we were grateful to be able to get a room at an economic rate and last minute when our original hotel cancelled our reservation due to issues with the reservation site.

Bed sheets were stained, carpet was old and smelly, mattresses were warn out and saggy, toilet seat was disgusting, not dirty, but stained and warn out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But honestly, we got what we paid for, we just needed a place to sleep, we paid $50 for the night, and the hotel reflected that price.
