The reservation we made was not confirmed by the hotel. We reserved 2 double bed rooms. No double bed rooms were available when we arrived. They only had 1 room with my “reservation. The room was pretty gross and the carpet and everything in the room was damp. We were tired and at least the sheets seemed clean (although also damp, as were the pillows) and so we stayed. The elevator was also broken, which would have been great to know upon checkin.
