Great stay. Was able to check in early. Front desk and Bellhops provided excellent service. This was my second time at this hotel and this time I brought my family. My go to hotel whenever I'm staying in Bourbon Street area which is 1 block away from the action.

Perfect location
Bell Captain saved us $70 by recommending their taxi instead of Uber or Lyft. They also had bag storage after we checked out, so we could enjoy the day, free of luggage, until flight time.

The hotel staff were wonderful! Especially the front desk team. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Carpet looked a bit dated as did the wallpaper but overall nice. Courtyard and pool were very nice. The little hotel bar was nice and staff were good. Coffee shop was a poor experience. Staff were very busy and struggling, also rude. Location was great and we would definitely stay again and just avoid the coffee shop.

Beautiful Old Hotel
The hotel is a beautiful, historical building, in a great location. My family really enjoyed taking pictures from the balcony. The room could have been cleaned a little better (there was food from the previous guest still inside the mini fridge), however the staff were very kind and attentive.
