Pool was great but customer service at the check in and check out was horrible I received two extra charges that for a lot of money and never received any receipt of anything and also I didn’t buy or use anything extra at the property and on top of that I left a day earlier and still got charged for that day

This hotel is a great blend of feeling secluded with the lovely trees and path to the beach while still being in the heart of walkable Bal Harbor. Views are gorgeous and staff was kind.
