Excellent Hotel! center in Bilbao, easily accessible with metro lines, also really close from the Airport Bus (go all the way to end stop of the bus and its 5-10 min walk, easy). Room/Bathroom great, however, walls are thin so be mindful.. would book again!

Unbeatable value for money. I liked the functional and minimalist design of the rooms. The breakfast service was perfect. The staff's attention and friendliness were impeccable. Highly recommended.

Small but very clean room in a great location. Reception staff were excellent (a guy from Cuba) and explained the various parking options we had. Shower was excellent, great pressure and plenty of hot water. A small bit cramped in the room but more than suited our needs for a two night stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Bilbao.

Great location, very good breakfast and the hours for breakfast are really good - 6-11 on weekends which is perfect. I paid €15 extra for a late checkout as i had a bike event in the moring of the day i was leaving and it was so colpetely worth it. Staff super friendly and helpful, hotel very nice and clean. Rooms have plenty of space and very comfortable. Shower is also great

For the price paid probably not great however price was reflective of demand for rooms in area at time. Room isnt comfortable but at least spacious and clean. Good location to explore the city. Close to the main bus stop (convenient for day trip to San Sebastian, transport to airport, etc.) and to the Stadium. Half an hour walking or a few metro stops to the old town. Staff was polite and helpful. Room is small but it is a budget hotel after all. Had to ask for missing towels when we arrived. Shower room is directly in the room and the door is glass, have this in mind if you are traveling with other people. Sink in the room.
