Fire alarm going off for 3 hours
Smelled like mold from the get go. Overpriced. Front desk takes forever to check you in. Fire alarm went off past midnight until 3 in the morning with no staff in site. Horrible experience will not stay here again

Fine for college party not for families with kids
Pictures are not accurate. The rooms are bear bones and the furniture is very beat up. The desk people were very nice but I would not recommend this place for families. Definitely in the middle of the party area and a lot of drunk loud people walking around (I know this is not the fault of the hotel but felt it was probably a spot that fit for college parties more than families). It was a last minute search for a room so we didn’t have much choice and we slept ok but there were definitely signs of bed bugs (small beige exoskeletons) and a very rough beat up room.

It was terrible! The sheets were dirty and left us itching. The room was not updated at all! No iron! The beach view was the only reason we stayed. I booked for 3 days. Checked out early with no refund! It was not worth anything. The pictures advertised are not right at all. No parking no breakfast. Rude workers! Dirty hallways, dirty elevator.

Room was filty. Had to sweep floor our self. Used a towel to mop the floor. White towel was black as smut when done. Toliet paper was wet and stained. Was black spots on the hardwood. Tub had mold on bottom of it. Lamp did not work. Out on balcony you could see inside of ac unit because panels were ripped off.
