This is a charming boutique hotel with very cozy rooms, very clean, with everything you need for your stay. The hotel is very close to the main street of Vienna - Kartnerstrasse and we walked every day from the hotel to the city center. And there are so many shops around the hotel… We have spent amazing time!

Great mini break
Three night stay , absolutely wonderful , loved everything about it . Staff so friendly and professional , bedroom cosy and comfy and everywhere immaculately clean, breakfasts delicious . Very good value so don’t expect top notch modern bathrooms , but the whole stay was such a treat . Right near the station for the airport train and underground directly to the centre , although we enjoyed the walk - not far. Throughly enjoyed ourselves .

Although the staff was extremely friendly, it doesn‘t make up for the fact that this hotel needs an update and make-over. The general atmosphere reminds you of a good hotel in the late 80s. There are some nice updates (like the nespresso machine), but in general, the rooms are frayed at the edges.

Our stay was amazing! Hotel breakfast was very good, great organic juices, breakfast chef making omelets by request and really good coffee. Lovely staff gave us many tips how to make most of the NYE celebrations at Vienna. Rooms were very velan and warm altough it was minus degrees outside. Will definately book again for next visit! :)

This is a good hotel and tucked away down a cute avenue, but the location requires transportation to anything you are likely to want to see, and the room, while cute was fairly small compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe. Dated building, and elements of the otherwise lovely room were a bit shabby (surface chipping on side table, lamp that was broken and held [badly] together with tape, floppy shower head). Daily cleaning was excellent. Poor ventilation in breakfasting meant our clothes tank of cooking smells which is not acceptable! Floor staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good central location close to CAT transport and places of interest.
