Hotel presents itself as a solid business hotel. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant for breakfasts and there's a period of time that the restaurant/bar is closed which I learned when I went for a late lunch. The hotel was nice, service was great (especially Roberto) and location was perfect for us. My only issue was that complimentary coffee service in the lobby ended so early. I never saw it but understand it ended at either 7:30 or 8 am. I've never seen coffee service offered for such a short window.

Was only in town overnight for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter Tour. I showed up a bit early for check-in but was greeted warmly and helped immediately. From the valet staff all the way to the front desk staff ( Mr. Prime is an ultimate professional), our welcome was extremely pleasant. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely be making this our location to stay when coming up to LA from SD for concerts.
