The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is no iron or ironing board in the rooms, no coffee maker and no microwave in the rooms. The staff cared about the guests.

Great hotel and location

Walking up was a little hesitant but once inside it’s beautiful! Our room was the size of an apartment! Huge! Living room two bathrooms dining room and large bedroom. Walk out the back door and walk along the river to see the sights. We didn’t have breakfast there but it looked fantastic. Short distance to the tram which will bring you right to the train station.

An absolutely brilliant stay. In town for the Dresden HM the hotel was the perfect location for race day and a bit of sightseeing. We were made to feel very welcome by Vincent upon our arrival. Our room was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again 👍

Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Business class, but a bit jumped-up. More expensive for breakfast and other amenities than expected. Access to riverwalk was nice, but otherwise less convenient than some locations. Good hygiene facilities, bed area less impressive .Staff were a little haughty. Glad for taxi service to the airport.

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was very relaxing. The only thing I didn’t care for were the pillows. They were too soft to the point that they flattened out after using them for 5 minutes. The staff brought me extra pillows but unfortunately that didn’t help. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.
