After a long trip, we checked in and were given no information whatsoever – not even about breakfast time or location. No mention of what the hotel offers or any basic guidance. For travelers like us, who had been on the road for a while, this was extremely unhelpful. We weren’t even sure how many nights we had booked.
The room had no AC, no fridge, and was unbearably hot. Worst of all, there was a constant smell of sewage – it was absolutely disgusting.
Breakfast service was chaotic. I had to personally ask the staff to refill basic items like glasses, pancakes, bread, and yogurt. It felt like no one knew what they were doing. Not a single smile or welcoming gesture from anyone during our stay. The entire staff seriously needs to reflect on whether this line of work is really for them.
Due to the overall poor quality of the stay, we demanded compensation for this awful experience – which says a lot about how far from acceptable the standard really was.
Overall, a horrible experience. Management needs to take a serious look at both service quality and staff attitude. We will definitely not be returning.
