10/10 Excellent

My go to hotel in London.
Justin, 7-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Disgusting rooms
Navpreet, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

I liked that it was 5 minutes walking from the underground. I also liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel. But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. Two days before our departure the fire alarm went on at six o clock in the morning and we all got very scared. They said it was a false alarm.
Roberta, 6-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Budget hotel. A bit tatty but reasonably priced.
Justin, 6-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Very poor upkeep of rooms. Beyond budget
Tom, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Pros: close to subway/tube, nice residential neighborhood, close walk to many places, very nice staff and stored luggage Cons: water dripping down walls and ceiling in hallway and bottom floor, fan in room did not have protective cover, toilet base cracked and leaking, bottom of tub support was rotted and chipping, blow dryer wired into wall and could not reset it when it stopped working
Valerie, 8-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Bad service in front desk
Daniel, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Handy no frills hotel.
Justin, 6-night trip

8/10 Good

London Marathon night stay

The room was clean and tidy nice clean bedding, not too noisy as i was staying around the back close to the pub ,for a cheep stay in an exspensive city was perfect for one night stay.
Ian, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great deal and value.
Efrain, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The price was very convenient, so if you're not looking for the most luxury stay, I recommend this. I was here for eight nights, I didn't stay a lot in the room, and when I did it was mostly for sleeping. So it fitted me very well.
Koby, 8-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Shower is not working water tank leaking, towel and mattress and bed sheet with water and blood stains, staff don’t answer or help, no manager answering phone calls or email, terrible terrible terrible place
di, 6-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Was very unclean and unhygenic and refused to offer a refund.
Conor, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Stuffy room with poor maintenance. No A/C.
Geetha, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Hotel lived up to the rubbish reviews It’s cheap and deservedly so Really uncomfortable beds with springs sticking through the mattress Bathroom falling apart Even the reception area is Grim and dirty But not complaining though, for £50 we paid to crash after evening at the football and then on the town it’s perfect cheap way to spend a fun night in London
stephen, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

I paid less than £70 for a hotel in Kensington, so didn’t expect a lot and my expectations were met. You get what you pay for, a bed a shower and a locking door. Nothing more nothing less!
Luke, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This place was absolutely horrendous, the pictures they advertised are not the rooms you end up with. The first room was dirty the bathroom door had no lock on it nor did it close plus it had mold in the corner of the door and wall , floor was not put together properly either and it was hotter in the room than on a hot July day outside when the upgraded me to the next room the only improvement was they had a chair in the room and the bathroom door closed but the light didn’t work , don’t waste your money coming here, save it and sleep on. The dirty mattresses outside the hotel as you’ll be cooler and probably safer if I could give this place zero stars I would but the app won’t let me
Paul A, 9-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This property houses this from a lower socio economic background. It is not quality accommodation. Stop promoting them
Tania, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The worse ever in the History of staying in Hotel, Very dirty, Small in size and Service render is poor
Michael, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The room was dirty, the shower area, bedroom had filthy around the edges. One bed had visible stains up the sides. Bathroom door handle a hole in it where it had been kicked in. Hairs on the bed when I arrived. The shower had the water pressure of a leaking tap. The room was next to the door to the lifts and was very noisy. Neighbours were also very loud. Will not stay again.
Ryan, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The hotel is really sort of dreadful. No ac and open window means lots of noise and light all night. The rooms are dilapidated, tiny, hot, and grimy. The hallways are absolutely filthy with mouldering towels, garbage, and odors. There was a discarded a water bottle partially filled with what I’m assuming was urine that sat in the corner of one hallway all week. The walls are paper thin, 1/2 the light don’t work and there is not hotel safe in the room which believe me you would want one. Staff was nice enough and area was convenient but facility felt like a flop house.
Victoria, 6-night trip

4/10 Poor

We left early due to safety concerns. We stayed at Hotel Lily with our children and checked out early after a very disturbing incident. Around 6:10 a.m., the fire alarm was pulled. In the lobby, we encountered a woman calling for help. Her partner appeared to have been assaulted, and she claimed that the hotel had allowed a group of men into her room. She said those men attacked her partner and pulled the fire alarm as they left. This was incredibly unsettling, especially while traveling with children. We no longer felt comfortable staying and chose to leave. The hotel staff did not offer any clear communication or support during the situation. I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone concerned about basic guest safety.
