Everyone that encountered help from was very accommodating . Carlos in valet was kind and helpful. Overall I’d recommend it here. The only reason I gave a 4 in cleanliness would be due to my room #1303 had a bathroom sink leak and the shower/bath needs fixing and was flooding

The room next to us kept smoking Marijuana and the hotel did nothing to stop them even thoughtthey said it was a no smokinghotel. They would leave their door open and were loud and the hotel did nothing. Even though the hotel had signs that said we were on a quiet floor and signs were displayed. Full service hotel with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Convenient shuttle to nearby destinations. Rooms and facilities are a bit dated but it was an enjoyable stay.
