Booked a room here last minute. The surrounding area is a little run-down. The room itself was decently clean and very spacious. Carpet had a dated look to it, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided. But, overall, the room was good for the price tag and served us well for what we needed.

Okay for one-night stay.

This is a 2 star hotel with outside entrances. it is old and has outdated furniture. It has a very loud power flush toilet. It was fairly clean although the edges of the floors could use some attention. The bed was fairly comfortable though so for the price, it does the job for a one-night stay. The gal at check-in was cheerful and gave good advice for our parking the truck and u-haul trailer.

Dated, could be cleaner, fridge was frozen over and we could barely open it, came back to our room Saturday night and the room was full of huge horse flies! It was late so we killed them and went to bed but we were not happy!! We don’t know where they came from cause we had not been in the room for the majority of the day. Staff was friendly though.

Not what was expected.

Very bad when I got there not greeted well ☹️. She charged me extra $6 for askining for a down level floor cause she gave me an upstairs when I was checking in, due to our health we have a hard time climbing stairs. I had ask for level floor when I booked my room. There was no reason cause there was a lot of rooms available for level room when we arrived. Only 2 customers car were in the lot when we arrived there, I know she was looking to get extra money from us cause ,I saw my itinerary where I had asked for a level floor room.I have been a faithful customer with Hotels .Com for many many years & I have never seen this happen before. I was disappointed how We were treated. The place is old school & needs upgrating, dirty trash out by the parking lot & dust by the night stands and lightning. Clean other wise around the bathroom & vanity. But furniture is so out dated. They need to do better if Expidia & Hotels.Com will keep them in there listings. I hope I will never have to deal with a situation like this ,especially when I book my room with Hotels. Com.
