It looked a bit run down from the outside BUT when we got into our room we were very pleased at how clean everything was and that is what really counts. When we first walked in to the room there was a roach crawling up the door. A couple ran under the bed. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund. I took pics of the roaches and shared with front desk. I have yet to receive a refund from Expedia or Red Roof. Had to find another hotel during a torrential rainfall. Thanks Echo Suites for being awesome.
