Stayed here for three nights and was pretty disappointed with the experience. Upon check-in, the interaction was extremely awkward—the employee just stared at me through the window after I said hello, without saying a single word. I ended up handing over my license assuming that’s what was needed. He scanned it, passed me a paper and pen to sign, returned my ID, and that was it. Not a single word was exchanged, which left a really strange first impression.
As for the room, while it looked like it had been partially remodeled, there were still a lot of issues. Rusty fixtures, no ventilation in the bathroom, and worst of all—the floors were absolutely filthy. After just a few minutes walking around, my socks and feet were completely black. That level of dirtiness is unacceptable.
We were only provided with two small bath towels and half a roll of toilet paper for a three-night stay, which felt very unprepared and inconvenient. We ended up making a trip to the target down the street to get toilet paper and some bath towels because the front office door was locked both times we went to get the supplies.
Would not stay here again unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. This is the cheapest hotel in the area.
