All the service and comfort you would expect from an international 5 star hotel. Only disappointments - no sink plug in bathroom and no hand shower in bath - both standard in most hotels. Drink prices very high.

WONDERFUL! We had such a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were so comfortable. The beds made it so hard to get up in the morning. We loved the spa and fitness area too. We had our first turkish hamman and the lady that did my service was incredible. The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety that was provided was really enjoyable. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the cuban band at the night club. I must say that this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The hotel was good but lacking for a 5-star. There was a spiderweb hanging from the ceiling which was missed by the cleaning staff. Overall 4/5. What was strange was that the sauna and hammam spa were co-ed. I was expecting separate spa for men and women in a 5-star facility. It was alet down to see a mixed use spa. The staff was great and Turkish hospitality is amazing.
