Great value choice for a night’s stay in Exeter
Very well run traditional guest house with friendly and efficient staff and in a good location for St David’s station and the city centre. Decent WiFi and an excellent breakfast with vegan and gluten free options. My single room (12) had a shared bathroom which was fine and there was a sink in my room plus a fan which was useful in the heat. Some quirks with TV reception a bit dodgy, the lamp didn’t seem to work unless I was being thick and the fan may need adjusting to avoid the noisy start but otherwise a great value choice for a night.

check in was awesome, even though we arrived later than originally expected. Room was great, beds comfortable. My only concern has been that when I booked I didn't pick up the fact that our room did not have an ensuiite bathroom.

Lovely old Victorian house run by a delightful family. Our room was spacious and charming. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating to our complicated dietary restrictions (some vegetarian, multiple allergies). We would definitely stay again next time we're in Exeter!
Travelers without a car should know that, although very close to St. David's station, the walk to the hotel is up a steep hill. But well worth it!

Stayed in a single room with shared bathroom for one night. The bathrooms were never occupied which was good. Facilities were good and clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was great! Good price too and so close to the station made it convenient. I would stay again :).

Mystery Guide Visit
Great location near St David's Station (travelled on train) and adjacent to City Centre. Got upgraded to a double bed. Breakfast was lovely but was very busy and a bit chaotic but overall my stay was very good value. Also, I left some clothes behind and the team were very helpful in reuniting it with me.

Fabulous little find
Excellent location and parking ok , very well laid out breakfast with both hot and cold options, hot is cooked to order and was delicious. Very friendly host and offered lots of advice, we stayed here due to looking at the university and the location was perfect.
