A perfect location for families
We loved our stay! The kitchenette was perfect for our family - not having to eat out every day was such a help. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved having ice cream at Dave’s everyday! Access to the beach and lagoon was seamless and quick walk with the kids.

The room, staff and service was great. Just a couple of issues: housekeeping missed a few things being replaced like dish cloths towels a dish soaps, the AC didn't cool the room below 74 F, 24 C even after we called and engineering came by, the TV needede a reset and the stove controls labels were worn off quite a bit.

It’s ok
Overall our stay was ok to good. It’s nice that the hotel isn’t super crowded with beach-goers, and that there’s a kitchen in the room- that made it easy with the kids. The cons are: the Valet girls are pretty rude (the male workers were super nice though), the toilet flush had a loud squeal with each flush (imagine that waking your kids up at night) and the AC system kept needing to be reset once per night in the middle of the night. Also, the bed was super hard and made my shoulders hurt.
