Our stay was great. My daughter and I came to Charlotte for a girls weekend. She rode the Blue Line for the first time into the city. We had fun! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Tracie deserves a raise!!!
Overall our stay was alright. Clean enough, pool was always overcrowded but whatever. What made our stay was the remarkable customer service from Tracie at the front desk. I mistakenly left my wallet in the lobby restroom, and she found it before anyone could take it. Tracie brought it to the front, and everything was all there and in tact - can't thank her enough! :)

Check in was rocky as the young lady was a little rude! Would rather hand you a piece of paper and say this is for you to read than tell you anything. The young lady working Thursday evening was the sweetest and went out of her way to help! Need more like her! The young man that checked us out Friday morning was courteous and helpful! The room was clean. The black out shade doesn’t work with the gap above it.. the bed was very uncomfortable! The breakfast was good! Kudos to the cook!! Love that they already had some waffles made; didnt have to do it myself!!
