Check in was not manned. Had to call for help to check in. Room had a stale order. Shower and bathroom showed signs of wear and needs updated. Furniture was worn and chipped.

The hotel was old and ugly. The outdoor carpeting was old and torn. The air in the room was musty. The bathroom door did not close and the TV had a small screen. The pillows were uncomfortable and the sheets were old and worn. I was extremely disappointed and extremely uncomfortable. I was moved to another room which was also old and musty. I met another family who were sickened by the hotel accommodations and left to go to another site.

Location was definitely the best part of this place. Property was very convenient to Bucknell, which is why we stayed there, but it's definitely seen better days. Horrible. The heat took over 9 hours to even reach 65 degrees (outside temp was 20 degrees upon arrival, and room was not heated until arrival). The bed had cigarette burns (non-smoking), and the years of filth are caked into the floors, walls, celing...it was Horrible.
