We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are great, clean, and the staff is very nice. The restaurant is magnificent so be sure to check that out too. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I accidentally reserved the room with the wrong dates. I tried to move the dates by two days. I was penalized the full price to move the dates AND would be charged full price for the new days. Hotels.com reached out to try to work out the penalties. The hotel WOULD NOT work with Hotels.com either. I booked my stay with a different hotel and received excellent treatment. I will never book with Holiday Inn again.

The hotel is nice, especially the lobby and restaurant. The room was fine, except I had booked 2 rooms with 1 bed and I got ones with 2 beds; the bathroom is quite small and you can barely turn around and I am not a big person. The only prevalent negative is the loud air conditioner/heat. The motor would kick on and woke me up many times. But all in all, the beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was quite nice. I would stay there again if I could get a mobility accessible room (granted that didn't take away from a person who really needs it). and wear earplugs at night.
