This is a great hotel and I will be coming back. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. The hotel provided breakfast every morning, and 2 drinks of your choice in the evening hours. Upon checking in, I received a gift bag with bottle water.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites! The room was spacious and comfortable, with one of the best beds and pillows we’ve had at a hotel. Super cozy and perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff was exceptional. They were happy, engaging, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained overall. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and the evening drinks. Both were a nice bonus, especially since there aren’t many restaurants or bars nearby. While the hotel could use a few updates (like the carpet in some areas and the worn ottoman in our room), those were purely cosmetic and didn’t affect our stay at all. We’ll definitely stay at Embassy Suites again!

Good stuff: Staff was pleasant and efficient , included breakfast had a good selection and made to order omelets. Sundry and snack shop in hotel (useful since it's an airport hotel without much around it). Bad stuff: The room had a run down feel and though spacious was not an appealing place.

Check in was easy, the staff was great especially one girl named Natasha she went above and beyond, truly an amazing person. We had no hot water in our first room but they did accommodate us with another room which did have hot water but the room was definitely not up to par. The bar sink didn’t work, the shower curtain rod was broken so it didn’t stay closed but we made due.

Hotel could definitely use an upgrade. I also spent 20 minutes looking for the ice machine because there were no signs. There were significant signs of leaks and water damage inside my room. Overall I would say fair for the price but could have been better.

Staff was super friendly! Check-in was fast and easy. Room was a suite...very nice to have a seating area! Requested extra towels and pillows, minutes later a maintenance work showed up with the towels because he saw the request and did t want us to have to wait! No hot water and toilet was very loud? Couldn’t flush would wake everyone up, we had to change rooms? Which ment repacking again and no shower love Embassy Suites but very disappointed this trip, checking in had only one staff clerk, we waited in line for 25 minutes and there were at least 15 people waiting behind us. I would like to request a refund.
