Excellent stay

The hotel was amazing, and I can't rate the staff highly enough. They were all very helpful and professional. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. To reach the hotel, you need to take a ferry from the Central rail station, which takes about a minute, and then it is a 15-minute walk to the hotel. There are some bars, restaurants, and a small supermarket near the hotel. Highly recommended.

the room was excellent! comfortable, very silent and clean. I loved the A/C given the hot week I stayed and easy to switch on/off. I had food once only as I tend to go out rather, it was a pizza peperoni, but as Italian I was not totally impressed by it ;-) but it was ok. "Italian standards" however my friend had the burger and it was very good.

Uninspired staff. No upgrade even though I’m supposed to get one from Gold status and they had lots of vacant rooms. Had to argue to get 20% discount on food . Man at the bar was the only service minded person I met during the two days we spent there. Beds are the hardest I’ve had in years. Big plus for environmental focus and very clean rooms.

Once you got off the ferry, the walk to the hotel was fairly straight forward. Check in was easy. They ordered the taxi back to the airport for you as well, which was convenient and useful

Despite it being a bit off the grid and housekeeping a bit off! I had a wonderful stay! It’s actually situated in an up and coming area, close to Central- by 10-15 min walk! Staff super friendly…( especially Karen who works the 11-7 shift!) and helpful! They immediately addressed my issues! 😊

Overall a really neat hotel with great outdoor relaxing area. Rooms were a bit tight and plugs could be closer to the bed (like the upper bunk) and perhaps a kettle in the room. Overall though I’d recommend.

Easy to reach, quiet area but at the same time close enough to the ferry to reach the central station. There is a parking where i could leave the car. The guys working there are absolutely amazing and very friendly! Very nice room and comfy. Lovely breakfast wish a good choice. I would recommend it for sure!
