Frederick Scott, the hotel service, assisted us with a “tourist” problem and supported us with respect and sensitivity. He was directed to our needs. This man represents what a fine hotel does to accommodate a guest. He deserves a raise and a day of off with pay

Beautiful spacious rooms, fantastic breakfast, best possible location (centre ville, tramway, 5 min to train), amazingly thoughtful and helpful staff. The hotel is well located to see museums and historic neighborhoods. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a quite spacious room that was comfortable and with high ceilings. I would definitely stay here again.
