For the money, the Thunderbird was a good value. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in staff very pleasant and accommodating. Mountain Home doesn't have many budget conscious options and this is a good one.

The room was clean & comfortable. The fresh scent was pleasant. The host was friendly and helpful. The bathroom looked newly remodeled and everything was very clean. Decor had a retro vibe. Although the outside of the motel looked a bit run down, then inside was fine and we slept well.

Comfortable bed and good AC. Room is very small and has few electrical outlets. Motel is right next to train tracks where three or four loud trains passed by at night. Located next to a business highway but not too much traffic noise. No coffee available. Motel needs updates. Good WiFi.

This is a very old, old style motor inn. When you drive up it looks like it is out of business. The outside needs some TLC. The inside is old but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was loud but worked good. I would stay here again.

This was the last stop on our 30th anniversary road trip. The room was clean & Mark was very helpful & courteous. He even called us right away when we left something in the room after check out - thank you Mark! The room doesnt have ventilation that we could find and the one window shares it with the AC. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay considering the nightly price & Marks kindness
