It is small but you have everything in there except for a microwave. It is very clean, the best shower I have ever used. Small but mighty. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel accommodation.

The people at the hotel were very kind. We came there at 2 AM. Someone from the staff woke up just to help us, and they also accommodated us for an extra hour of checkout which I really appreciated because we travelled from so far I would definitely recommend the motel.

Arrived at motel after long 10 hour drive from New Brunswick. Price on Expedia said $118 but the front desk said $155? Booked on Expedia obviously. Upon entering the room it looked fine, but after spilling my water bottle and wiping it up I discovered the floors were absolutely filthy with dirt. Otherwise, nice updated bathroom with hand held shower wand which is very rare. Quiet location but no smart TVs, which means two English Channels. Overall ok, just wear shoes !

Front desk staff was excellent and very professional. The room was nice and beds were clean and comfortable, unfortunately, the floors were very dirty, door handles inside and out were dirty, room smelled stale, air conditioner was very loud and could not be turned down due excessive heat so inhibited sleep and did not cool the room enough. Front office entrance could have new floor carpet (the old one was a trip hazard) and an ice-maker. Parking lot could be repaved.

I booked this place due to the lower cost in comparison to other accommodations in Laval while also while maintaining good reviews. No regrets!! Great value here.. There’s a walking trail nearby, which is nice and many food establishments, a grocery store and athletic centre. Anything else is a bit of a hike in the heat but there’s several bus routes nearby with a subway to take you quickly to downtown Laval and Montreal! (Uber is quick to show up as well!) The room was nice and thankfully the AC worked great(and was on when I arrived!) as it was ‘feels like 42C’ for much of my trip. The check in indicates until 10pm, however you can still access the office and self check in if you get in late! Merci Motel Newstar!! 😊

Ok so the motel is average and ordinary. It was quiet while I was there which is nice and I didn't interact with any of the staff because I got there late (9h30) and left around 10am. It was clean but the bedding is all white and so you can imagine that yes there were some stains. I had a blanket with me so I didn't even undo the bed, slepped ontop of the covers with my two frenchies. Yes they accept dogs but there is an extra fee of 50$/ dog which is... wow! It was a last minute reservation so I took it because I was tired. All in all, if it's for a long stay, dont bother. Perhaps the Hotel part is better idk. By the way, it's a small room and the mattress was sunk in the middle.

We checked i to hotel around 5:30 and then went out for a bite to eat. When we got back we found that the bedside lights and plugs were not working. Only the one in the bathroom. The nightside clock was plugged in but not working. We called the front desk and advised them. We were informed that all rooms were full and they would offer a full refund but we had just driven for 12 hous and didnt want to pack up and find another place. They offered us a 15% discount for the issue. I said i was surprised the cleaning staff didnt tell you the clock was plugged in an not working. Other than that the bed was comfortable and it was quiet
