Upscale hotel, excellent rooms and service. Highly recommend including breakfast as part of the stay. The breakfast options including some of the local Tainan specialties are excellent. SK Mitsukoshi is just around the corner as well as Guo-Hua street for boutique shops and market finds. Thank you for the Gold Membership perks - enjoyed the late check out and craft beers!

Excellent stay
This is our second stay at this property in the last 3 months. Our stay was very pleasant. Unlike last time where we got a suite, we opted for a regular King room this time which was more than adequate. The hotel is centrally located, easy parking, check-in and check-out. The breakfast was fantastic, once again. We will probably be back again to this property or other properties under this brand.

The facilties are well maintained, the room was very clean, the staffs are all super nice and friendly and there are many michelin bib grourmand restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. The access is also good from HST Tainan station by free airport shuttle (but it takes about half an hour). Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel in a great location
This was a very nice hotel, at a fair price, in a great location. One point of constructive criticism I offer is the concierge’s knowledge of the area is limited. They offer a map of the area, but didn’t seem to know much about local tours, tickets, operating hours, etc. They mostly seemed like teenagers who were friendly, but not especially knowledgeable or helpful about local tourism. Suggest you have your own tourism agenda developed before you arrive, because you won’t get much help from the concierge.
