Quick overnight break. Hotel was lovely, nice big room, very comfortable. Close to tube station, bars, restaurants and Leicester Square Odeon. Pity the bar was emty in the evening, but plenty of places nearby for a nightcap.

Overnight Theatre trip stay.
The hotel is very well located to the theatres and other tourist attractions. Friendly, efficient staff and a nice bar to relax in. Room looked out over the square which is great for people watching. The only negative really is the temperature of the room was hard to keep warm. Would definitely stay again.

It’s ok for an over night stay in london
It used to be a lovely hotel but the rooms are now dated. Having said that it was clean and the location is great. I am a gold member and no acknowledgment of this at check in. But after o mentioned did allow us early check in. The concierge really went out his way to make our experience better. A credit to this hotel!

Stayed for biz trip after flying in from abroad. The hotel offered an early check in, for a fee, which was a life saver after landing early. Check in staff were friendly and helped extend my stay at the best rate possible. My room faced Leicester Square, With the double windows its was VERY quiet. The room is a little dated, but comfortable. The bed was very soft.

The location could not be better, all tourist attractions nearby. Picadly circus 5 min walk away. Rooms are old, cleaning team us not good at all, bathrooms had hairs from previous guest in. I went there with my adult son. I had requested on booking a twin room. On arrival was told no twin rooms or bigger rooms available. I was advised if I had booked through hotel rather than hotels.con I may have had my request granted. Had booked a superior room. Room was dated with small double bed. My son is 6’2. I would say to avoid this hotel
Room very basic. Blind didn’t cover window so from 5:30am sunlight came through making it impossible to sleep in. Bed very small for a double. Upsold breakfast on checkin and then couldn’t use as son was poorly. No refund and service terrible - no compassion that son was sick, couldn’t get through to room service to order breakfast and then had to pay for something that we didn’t have. Much better Leicester Square hotel options around although the location is great.

Excellent location, warm welcome despite arriving early. Efficient and friend staff. Fantastic bed. Furniture was a bit tired, bathroom could have been cleaner and the tea and coffee were awful. However they’re not big things and the hotel is definitely worth a try.
