Perfect hotel in the best location.
I booked this hotel on a spontaneous trip. And it couldnt have been better. The staff was insansly helpful and friendly thats half the experience. Room as perfect my room was 3rd floor with balcony super clean. Hotel had lots of charm. And right in the heart of the old city. I highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel.
A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray.

This is a beautiful hotel. Jenny welcomed us with lots of information about the hotel and the area surrounding it. Sinfonía del Remus have the friendliest and best trained staff you'll come across. We had an early start and they organised an excellent take away breakfast for our journey.
