It was an incredibly relaxing experience, the staff had thought of everything from welcome champagne and cheese and charcuterie, to sun cream around the pool. With so few guests, it felt more like a private villa than a hotel which we loved. We were often the only ones by the pool if we sat there, and the beach is great. Julian’s on site did fantastic food but there is also a selection of restaurants along Meads bay too.

What an AMAZING experience we had at the Quintessance Hotel! Stunning property with an intimate feel and delicious food! From the moment I arrived everyone here made an incredible effort to welcome me and to show me the wonderful property. While everyone was exceptional, I would make special call-outs to Armando (who was technically my ‘butler’ but who I met at the beach facility and who really went all out), my server i the restaurant shared so much wonderful detail about the locally-sourced items like the saltwater crayfish), and everyone at the front desk. While my stay was short, this experience means I will be back. I have stayed in many islands and many hotels, but it is very rare to get this level of attentive and sincere care.

What a fantastic place! Loved every second of our stay. We had a junior suite at the adjacent building, and it was SO spacious and lovely. We had 2 bathrooms and 2 closets, very nice! The hotel beach is AMAZING, and with only one other Villa around, was private for most of the time. Incredible! The restaurant team was also super nice, accommodating and friendly! If anything, I can only complain about hotels.com, as they dont have enough pictures of this room type, and didnt write that breakfast was included (what a nice surprise when we arrived!!)

The experience was great but I likely wont revisit this property for several reasons. The management team repeatedly ignored the terms and conditions of my booking with Expedia. Luckily, Expedia was very helpful. There are more reasonable and less cumbersome properties to visit.
