The decor was lovely; the front desk staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and personable; location was great - we walked everywhere (or took a Lyft or trolly.) Our only complaint is that the pull-out bed was uncomfortable, but once we moved the mattress to the floor, it was better.

Great stay!

Check in process was extremely quick and the receptionist was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide recommendations. The room was so cute, I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe the whole visit was that our shower head didn’t work, this was for room 402. Everything he else was perfect. The air conditioner worked very well. The breakfast had a nice selection and the area to eat was cute and clean. We had ordered ice cream at like 1 in the morning and the door dasher forgot our spoons, but the receptionist was super sweet and gave us some. I do recommend this hotel and looking forward to staying here again.
