10/10 Exceptional

The property was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large and was cleaned daily and the coffee/tea facilities restocked. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a weekend stay - the noise from the music at night we did not hear.

Classic regional NSW pub accommodation. Clean, comfortable and has character. Located in main street amongst lots of small local businesses and dinner was good too.

8/10 Very good

Plumbing not up to standard; but everything else very adequate. Going up & down stairs more challenging for us now in our late 70's. Loved access to little side kitchen. Staff very amenable. Loved being in old CBD for walkabouts, meals, etc.

Great location, friendly staff

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. We had room 4 which was very spacious with a comfortable bed, kitchenette and en-suite. Heard some noise from the bar, but we had been told to expect this. Take ear plugs if you want an early night, or join the party downstairs.

We spent a couple of nights at the Woolpack Hotel. We stayed in the 'flat' and it was fabulous. Really spacious and would have been great for a family. Large lounge, kitchen, bathroom. There was music in the bar downstairs but it wasn't loud and didn't stop us from sleeping. Would certainly recommend the Woolpack Hotel.
Ivan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed one night on our way through and weee very impressed. From the young lady that checked us in, the bar staff etc. the room was large and very comfortable. Could not fault it actually. Thank you for a great stay. Despite the warnings about the music we did not find it too loud at all.
Kristina, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location in the heart of the Main Street walkable distance to most places. No private bathroom/shower. Can get really loud on a Friday night/weekend. Ear plugs provided
Hale, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

This is a two star property with shared facilities which is well situated and close to shops and restaurants etc, Clean but in need of investment to fix missing venetian blinds etc. Reasonable value for money.
Dave, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room clean and comfortable, shared facilities clean. Dining options good. The venue did warn us about the live entertainment until 2am. However continuing night noises, smoke alarms, noisy patrons and traffic noise meant a sleepless night.
Kim, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

For $100 per night I can a queen sized bed and 2 single beds in my room. The shared shower was OK and expected. The pizza offerings at the bar were not great with the Ham and Pineapple Pizza I purchased was not properly cooked and the pineapple pieces all 6 of them were ice cold and huge. Apart from that the staff and venue was fine.
Brian, 1-night trip

Good value, stairs/parking may be an issue

Small room but functional and clean. Helpful check-in staff but hotel is closed in the morning so it's a key drop. About 20 stairs to negotiate, and parking is not ideal (street in fron of hotel or a hidden carpark out back - street seems safer option). Otherwise good value for money, well-located and on-site dining. No problems with hotel noise (Tuesday night).
Allan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The flat was nice and large. It was clearly very old and we’re quite a few mouldy spots. We definitely underestimated how loud the pub is downstairs and earplugs helped but you can still hear every single noise. The staff were friendly and was a convenient location.
Lana, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Management non responsive to concerns. I have tried three times (in person and via phone) to resolve an issue and have been ignored. Staff lovely though.
