There were very loud unruly guest in the pool, lobby and parking lot on arrival. Luckily they were on a different floor so wasn't an issue once in the room. The wallpaper was coming loose from the wall or not properly applied. The only other negative thing was the bedding was stained and we had to request clean linen. The beds were comfortable and the room was as clean as a hotel room can be.

The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Check in was very quick. Other staff were friendly and helpful. Several restaurants to choose from close by. I've never seen the use of a power strip, that was readily visible, to provide power for some of the lights/lamps ...seemed very odd and unsafe. Tile repair in the shower, Room 130, was very poor and shoddy, not what one would expect for a Marriott brand.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced.

We were in town for a wedding south of Tuscaloosa, and this hotel was the closest and most reasonably priced. The hotel was mostly clean. They had recently installed new carpet in the hallways and/or working on re-tiling the lobby. The room was adequate and the bed comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near Starbucks, and other fast food places.

Property is very clean. Seems very safe. Staff was super friendly at check in. Room was very clean at arrival. Surprise was the suite has a nice size balcony….view is not great but sitting out at night was nice. So far the only complaint is that the couch is saless than comfortable in living area and pretty stained that has tried to be cleaned. The curved couch looks neat, but is very uncomfortable and only seats 2 comfortably. Would stay on this property again but would find a room with a different seating arrangement.
