The hotel itself is nicely designed, with thoughtful touches that blend traditional Mexican charm with modern comfort. The staff made the stay special. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. This is our second time staying at Paramar and we can't wait to return!

This is a hidden gem right downtown and close to food, melecon, and shops. The staff goes above and beyond to help make your stay feel well thought of. If you can rent the penthouses they are the best way to indulge in all the services at the hotel and the views are spectacular! I will definitely stay here again. ALL the staff was helpful and had great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or not. The rooftop pool is a plus and it was never packed and you can actually enjoy the amenities firsthand.
