Amazing hotel!

My premium room was amazing with top notch furnishings, lots of closet space and an amazing bathroom/products. It was clear the room was recently updated and the whole is well maintained. The staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. Concierge gave perfect recommendations for an amazing trip. Lastly, location was great, very easy to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Room is clean and comfort, location not in the center, but can walk 10 mins to main shopping street. We booked a suite, we drove 4 hours there at 3:00pm and the room is not ready, a bit disappointed.

This was a nice clean hotel that felt like a solid 4 star hotel. The room and the bathroom were renovated and modern. The bar and the breakfast area were also nice. The service was perfectly adequate but not what I would call 5 star service at breakfast or at the bar. I didn’t love the neighborhood this hotel was in. Although a short 10 minute walk to the downtown area, the neighborhood itself didn’t have a ton of dining options and felt very residential, which isn’t what I normally like when traveling. So although this hotel is rated as a 5 star, this is more of a 4 star hotel.

An amazing stay in Bordeaux with if walking distance of the town square and the most beautiful amenities. The staff was extraordinary and one of the kindest and most hospitable team. From greeting, to check in, to dinner reservations, to breakfast our host team of Sylvain, Dylan, Nicolas, and Indira - they made this stay (our first time) in Bordeaux very special and went above and beyond. The breakfast and dinner options at Madamme B was also extraordinary! The amenities are beautiful, the hotel was recently remodeled and the room had beautiful features and was very clean and welcoming. We also loved the decor - this stay was a 10/10 stars and would highly recommend.

Very aspirational hotel

A very good and new hotel, only in front of our room there was a Transformator or heat pump making quite some noise- we had the window closed, but in summer it may be an issue. Very friendly staff - when our taxi was in total 25 minutes late, they called several times. With the taxis you have to be careful- although late the reservation charge was 10- 15 €.

Situated just outside the bustle and noise of the city centre, this is a lovely hotel with excellent levels of cleanliness, comfort and customer service. The city is a few minutes walk up a gentle incline. The tram service in Bordeaux is fantastic and cheap and the nearest stop is a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended - a great experience all round. We opted for a duplex room which had a dedicated lounge, two bathrooms (one ensuite), tons of wardrobe space, effective aircon and lighting controls that didn’t require a pilot’s license to operate. Easy to log into (and out of) our Netflix account to watch something while sampling a little of the local wine of course. Three lovely nights, never heard any noise from anything inside or outside so we highly recommend.
