We found the facilities to be in very poor condition. Excessive Wear to Flooring and bathroom damage in our room and in common areas. Staff ESL, friendly but difficult to understand. Found dust and crumbs around the television and the bedding was torn and lumpy. Definitely going on my “Never Again” list!

Reserved this place for the pool and found out once we got there that the pool was closed (even though it’s still being promoted). There also was thick dark black hair all in the towels (I’m blonde).
