The location of the hotel close to the Vienna town hall was excellent. With the double glazing, noise was minimal and the good thick curtains + shutters and well isolated rooms ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were superlative - could not spend less then 50 mins there!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was immaculate and very clean. The location is good in that it is close to grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants and an easy walk into the centre of town. The staff were friendly and provided a good customer service. Would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Vienna.

From December 23 to 28 2024 Excellent staff reception. This hotel has a special ambiance, and we loved it. The room was big, the bed and pillows comfortable and relaxing, but we found the bathtub inconvenient. The breakfast was fabulous, with a different choice for everyone. The staff was always perfect, very attentive and professional. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed here for an extended weekend, and the location is great near tram line 2, and very close to the city centre if you want to walk instead. Our room was spacious with all the amenities you need. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and pleasant. It was such a nice experience I have to say, and the breakfast was some of the best I have tried in a hotel for a long time, honestly one of the highlights - a proper breakfast serving!
