Realice la reservacion para 2 adultos y 2 menores los detalle que uno era de 11 años y el otro era de 17 porque asi me lo pidio la pagina cuando reserve, pero al llegar al hotel me cobraron 350 pesos extras que porque el menor de 17 entraba como extra que era una politica del hotel. Pero lo que no entiendo es como si yo especifique en la pagina la cantidad y edades de toda mi familia y me realizaron el cobro en la pagina por 1,314 pesos aqui no me respetaron. Quisiera saber si el hotel esta en lo correcto de hacer tal cobro, o si no que me apoyen a hacer la corrección porfavor. Gracias y quedo en espera de sus comentarios.
