I absolutely loved staying here! Especially being able to use the onsen every night after a long day of exploring the city. I loved the street with all the amazing restaurants surrounded by locals. Loved the modernity of this hotel and its embrace of technology! I checked in without having to speak to anyone. Did it simply by going to a kiosk in the lobby. Loved that right around the corner from the hotel are several places to eat!! Food spots everywhere with GOOD FOOD!! Also short walk to the metro station. Hotel is a bit far from central Tokyo (Shubuya Crossing etc) but it's close to the metro so that made it easier to get around. The room is VERY SMALL but for the price, amenities and location, IT'S WORTH IT! I also loved that I could mirror my phone to the TV in the room and watch content from my phone on the tv. I would def stay here again. Great value

The hotel is looks nice and stylish. The main problem is the lifts, they can be a nightmare. Regularly having to wait 10-15 minutes, or longer at busy times. Unable to use the stairs at all even for 1 floor hops is just plain annoying. Enjoyed the onsen a lot, really beneficial and relaxing. The bathroom was tiny, I was regularly frustrated being 6ft and trying to manoeuvre in a confined and crowded cube! Staff are really helpful and friendly. Avoid checking in at 3 as there was a lengthy queue everyday.

Room felt like a box with a closet as a bathroom. It had a nice view from the 28th floor. Hotel had seen better days.
